We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Business Development Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting lead research, reaching out to prospects through calls and follow-ups, and preparing customized proposals. This role demands strong communication skills, a knack for research, and the ability to translate client needs into well-structured business proposals.

What You'll Do:



Find and research leads

using LinkedIn, websites, and online tools

Call and follow up

with leads regularly

Prepare proposals

tailored to each lead (based on their needs and your research)

Attend discovery and follow-up calls

to understand client requirements

Maintain lead data

and share daily/weekly updates with the BD team

What You Need:



Good spoken and written

English communication skills

Experience in

researching leads and industries

Confidence in

calling and engaging prospects

Ability to

write clear and convincing proposals

Basic understanding of

digital marketing or B2B services

is a plus Familiar with tools like

Google Docs, LinkedIn, and CRM tools


Bonus If You Have:



Experience in a

digital agency

Used

LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Canva

Handled clients or supported BD managers before
