Role Overview:
We are seeking a
highly motivated, analytical, and target-driven Business Development Executive
to drive sales of digital marketing services and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will combine business acumen with technical understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and performance metrics to generate qualified leads, close deals, and create measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, qualify, and convert leads for digital marketing solutions (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, marketing automation, web analytics, SaaS tools).
Understand client business models, KPIs, and digital marketing objectives to recommend ROI-focused solutions.
Design, present, and pitch customized digital marketing strategies and analytics-backed proposals to C-level stakeholders.
Manage and optimize sales pipeline using CRM platforms, track KPIs, and ensure forecast accuracy.
Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing structures with a focus on maximizing client ROI and company revenue.
Collaborate with digital strategy, analytics, and creative teams to ensure client campaigns are delivered seamlessly and performance targets are achieved.
Stay updated with emerging digital marketing technologies, AI-driven marketing tools, data analytics platforms, and industry trends to advise clients proactively.
Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and gap identification to identify new business opportunities.
Drive thought leadership by participating in webinars, industry events, and client workshops to strengthen brand credibility.
Skills & Qualifications: (Required)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
2-3 years of B2B sales experience in digital marketing, SaaS solutions, or technology-driven marketing services. ? ? ?Should have expirence in handling foreign clients.
Strong technical understanding of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools.
Ability to translate business objectives into measurable digital strategies and ROI projections.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills with experience pitching to clients.Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a high-growth environment.
Proficiency in CRM management, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision-making.
