About the Role



We are seeking a result-oriented and dynamic

Business Development Executive

to drive sales growth and expand our market presence in the FMCG segment, specifically for Biskitos products. The role involves building a strong partner ecosystem, strengthening distribution channels, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective relationship management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in FMCG sales, channel management, and market development with the ability to deliver revenue growth in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and expand a strong partner ecosystem to drive sales growth in the assigned geography. Increase market penetration and build a strong brand presence for Biskitos products. Identify market trends, track new product developments, and monitor competition to create effective brand awareness. Design and implement sales strategies aligned with organizational goals to achieve business growth. Strengthen sales channels by onboarding new partners and improving performance of existing ones. Train and mentor partners' teams to generate leads and improve sales conversions. Develop a territory-specific sales plan in consultation with channel partners. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying prospective clients through various channels. Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key end users. Address and resolve end-user queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner. Drive customer satisfaction, referrals, and repeat sales through consistent engagement and service.

Qualifications & Skills Required



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2 years of proven experience in Business Development/Sales within the FMCG sector. Strong understanding of FMCG distribution networks, market trends, and consumer behavior. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with a revenue-driven mindset. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel extensively for market visits and client meetings.
