Position: Team Lead/BDE - Personal Sales
Location: Delhi
Bank: Leading South Indian Bank
CTC: TL - Upto 4.5 LPA, BDE -Upto 3.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Personal Loan Sales Officers
Drive sales targets and ensure business growth
Build relationships with customers, builders & channel partners
Monitor team performance and ensure compliance
Train and guide the team on product and market trends
Requirements:
Min. 3-5 years in Personal Loan sales; 1 year team handling experience
Strong local market knowledge and customer focus
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Graduate (MBA preferred)

Source Personal Loan Leads from the open market
Build relationships with customers, builders, and property agents
Meet monthly sales targets and follow up on leads effectively
Ensure smooth documentation and compliance with bank norms
Maintain strong market intelligence and product knowledge
Requirements:
1+ year experience in Personal Loan Sales (Open Market)
Self-driven with strong networking and persuasion skills
Graduate in any stream
