Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic
Business Development Executive
to promote and sell our training courses to corporate clients. The role involves identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring training programs are aligned with client needs. Candidates with prior sales experience in training/education will have an added advantage, but enthusiastic freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell corporate training programs to new and existing clients.
Identify and develop business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
Maintain relationships with HR, L&D, and decision-makers in corporate organizations.
Understand client training needs and suggest suitable courses.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, and training logistics.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and manage client relationships.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms (LinkedIn).
Experience in sales, business development, or training industry will be a plus.
