We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive - Hospitality Sales to lead the sales of cottages in our commercial real
estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality sales, real estate, or luxury property sales, with a proven track record of
driving revenue and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
? Identify, approach, and convert potential buyers for luxury cottages.
? Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, investors, corporate clients, and hospitality businesses.
? Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
? Drive end-to-end sales processes, from lead engagement to deal closure.
? Organize and conduct property tours for potential buyers, showcasing the value proposition.
? Work closely with the marketing and operations team to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
? Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and market feedback.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
? Proven experience in hospitality sales, real estate, or luxury property sales.
? Strong network of potential buyers, investors, and corporate clients.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
? Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
