About the Role
We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to support and strengthen our commercial real estate transactions. This is a full-time, performance-oriented role involving property sourcing, lead management, client coordination, and transaction support.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Source and shortlist commercial properties using online portals, internal databases, and market research.
2. Build, manage, and maintain accurate and up-to-date property and client databases.
3. Coordinate with senior management to align client requirements with suitable property options.
4. Share property details, proposals, presentations, and commercial terms with prospective clients.
5. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients, property owners, and internal stakeholders to drive deal progress.
6. Track leads, site visits, discussions, and deal progress in a structured and organized manner.
7. Ensure timely communication and professional client handling at all stages of the sales cycle.
Ideal Candidate Profile
oGraduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
o0-2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or real estate (preferred)
oStrong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
oComfortable handling data, CRM systems, and sales tracking
