Role: Business development executive (client on boarding)Educational qualification: MBA in marketingExperience: 2 to 3 yearsLocation: kochiSalary: 15,000+ attractive IncentiveRoles & Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for New Client Acquisition for the company.
• Tracking new companies in various industry verticals, placing proposals & getting the MOUs signed.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise, and existing contacts.
• Be responsible for maintaining client relationships and meeting client expectations.
• Process all correspondence & paperwork concerning all the clients.
• Arrange / Prepare proposals & contracts for clients
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
• Research and identify new market opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Create scalable programs for onboarding new partners.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in client on boarding process is must.
• Candidate must be from Recruitment Agency/Firm.
• Proven record in business development.
• Should be good in all Lead Generation activities like Cold Calling, E-Mail Marketing, LinkedIn Search and Client References.
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening.
• Well organized, Presentable, and confident.
• Good negotiator and quick decision maker
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
