Job Description

We're hiring a

Business Development Executive (Remote)

to help us connect with MSMEs across Tamil Nadu and introduce them to our consulting and Zoho implementation services.

You'll handle outbound lead generation, follow-ups, and basic CRM tracking using Google Sheets.
This is not a routine call-center role. It requires curiosity, discipline, and professionalism while speaking with business owners and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Make

25-30 outbound calls daily

to potential business clients. Understand client requirements and introduce Imploris' consulting services.

Book discovery calls or demos

for the Business Development Head. Maintain call and lead logs in Google Sheets (CRM tracker). Follow up with interested prospects via WhatsApp or email.

Required Skills

Fluent in Tamil and English

(mandatory). Strong phone etiquette and confidence to speak with business owners. Good written communication and note-taking ability. Familiarity with Google Sheets / Zoho CRM (training will be provided). Must be

self-driven, punctual, and reliable

in remote settings.

Work Discipline Expectations

This role demands daily consistency and accountability:

Work hours:

9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday - Fri | Saturday 3PM

Regular check-ins via Zoho Cliq. Daily task tracker updates before EOD. 100 % attendance and responsiveness during working hours.
If you need constant supervision or flexibility to multitask with other jobs, this is

not the right fit.

Compensation

?10,000 - ?18,000 / month (fixed)

based on skill and communication level.

Performance-based incentives and bonuses

for qualified leads and closed projects. 3-month performance review for potential salary revision or full-time confirmation.
