Business Development Executive
to join our team in
Mohali
. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth. This is a

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and meetings
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up to close deals
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
Requirements
Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be based in Mohali
or willing to work onsite in Mohali
Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
