We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 1-2 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, lead generation, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a drive to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities
:
Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and social media.
Generate leads and follow up to convert them into business opportunities.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
Represent the company at client meetings, events, and exhibitions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-2 years of proven experience in business development or sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Skills
:
Experience in IT services, SaaS, or digital marketing industry is a plus.
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing tools, and lead-gen platforms.
Comfort working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
