We are hiring a Business Development Executive to manage offline outreach and student acquisition activities across Kerala. The role includes visiting institutions, conducting student sessions, participating in events, engaging with local communities, and generating consistent leads for the admissions team. A short self-introduction video is mandatory for all applicants.
Key Responsibilities
Visit schools, colleges, and educational centers across Kerala as per daily/weekly plans
Conduct seminars, workshops, and awareness programs for students
Build strong relationships with Principals, HODs, faculty members, and community partners
Collect and update accurate student/parent information in the CRM
Support offline marketing activities including posters, brochures, and standees
Build and manage agent networks and community-based lead channels
Participate in education fairs, expos, campus events, and public programs
Identify partnership opportunities with institutions and local businesses
Track event performance, lead quality, and conversion metrics
Coordinate with Sales and Counseling teams for timely follow-up
Drive walk-ins to learning centers through field activities
Maintain detailed records of visits, events, and field tasks
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports
Assist internal teams with campaigns and outreach initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field
0-3 years of experience in field marketing, outreach, or BTL activities
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
Ability to independently manage travel, events, and field operations
Willing to travel extensively across Kerala and achieve monthly targets
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace
Self-introduction video submission is mandatory
