We are hiring a Business Development Executive to manage offline outreach and student acquisition across Kerala. The role includes institutional visits, student sessions, event participation, community engagement, and lead generation. Responsibilities
Visit schools and colleges across Kerala as per planned routes.
Conduct seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions for students.
Build relationships with Principals, HODs, faculty, and community partners.
Collect and verify student/parent data and update CRM accurately.
Support branding activities such as posters, brochures, and standees.
Develop and manage agent networks and community channels for lead generation.
Participate in education fairs, expos, campus events, and public programs.
Identify partnership opportunities with institutions and local businesses.
Track event performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.
Generate consistent leads and coordinate with Sales/Counseling teams.
Drive walk-ins to centers through field activities.
Maintain logs of visits, events, and daily activities.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
0-3 years of experience in field marketing or BTL activities.
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Ability to manage fieldwork, events, and community engagement independently.
Willingness to travel across Kerala and work with targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace.
A self-introduction video is mandatory to apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
