for Business Development Executive - BIM Services



Jobs Responsibilities



Identify new business opportunities and evaluate customer needs for BIM Modeling,
Coordination, and Detailing Services.

Actively prospect potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn,
networking and digital platforms.

Generate, qualify, and manage leads; maintain and update the CRM/customer database. Explore and expand business in the US, Canada, and other global markets for BIM services. Schedule and conduct meetings, calls, and presentations with prospective clients to
explain BIM capabilities and workflows.

Coordinate with BIM Modelers, Design Engineers, and Technical Teams to prepare
proposals, technical inputs, and cost estimates.

Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and achieve profitable revenue growth. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. Address client queries and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs within set timelines. Prepare and share brochures, capability decks, case studies, and presentations. Track sales performance and submit regular reports to management.

Skills Required



Strong ability to identify selling opportunities and understand client requirements. Proven experience in international B2B sales and cold calling. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with technical and BIM teams. Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. Familiarity with BIM concepts (LOD, coordination, clash detection) is a plus.

Desired Candidate Profile



3-5 years of experience in cold calling with experience in BIM services. Candidates will be required to work in the US shift (5 PM to 2 AM). Experience selling engineering, design, BIM, or outsourcing services is an advantage. Strong exposure to US market clients and sales processes. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive higher margins. Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven sales track record.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
