Business Development Executive (BDE) / Bidder
to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, preparing winning proposals, engaging with clients, and driving revenue growth. Your ability to build strong relationships and close profitable deals will directly contribute to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition:
Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Bidding & Proposal Writing:
Prepare persuasive, tailored proposals on platforms like
Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, LinkedIn, etc.
Bid Management:
Monitor freelancing portals and tenders to submit competitive bids.
Client Engagement:
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements, provide solutions, and build trust.
Negotiation & Closure:
Negotiate terms, pricing, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
Relationship Building:
Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
(MBA preferred).
1+ year of proven experience in
Business Development / Online Bidding
(IT industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, Software Development, etc.).
Excellent
written & verbal communication skills
(English - mandatory).
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and client-handling abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
