We are looking for a

Business Development Executive

to support our sales team through

online bidding and lead generation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to

start a career in business development and client acquisition in the IT and software services

sector.

Key Responsibilities

? Place quality bids on platforms such as Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, PPH, and

Odesk

? Source leads via LinkedIn and other relevant channels

? Assist in achieving monthly bidding and lead generation targets

? Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects on time

? Build and maintain long-term client relationships

? Attend virtual or in-person client meetings (when required)

? Support senior staff in business meetings and proposal drafting

? Help mentor entry-level team members where appropriate

Key Skills Required:



? Familiarity with

online bidding platforms (Upwork, Guru, etc.)



? Excellent written and verbal communication skills is must

? Strong understanding of sales processes and client acquisition

? Basic knowledge of the freelance/project-based services market

? Ability to work under deadlines and meet targets
