: Business Development ExecutiveRole Overview

As a Business Development Executive at OneWorld Logix, you will be the driving force behind our growth in Data center & Relocation Sector. You won't just be selling a service; you'll be selling peace of mind for high-value assets. Your goal is to identify corporate leads, build relationships with C-suite executives, and secure turnkey Data center & Relocation services projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

Identify and target companies planning office expansions, data center migrations, or a Office Relocation.

Strategic Networking:

Build relationships with Facility Managers, IT Delivery managers, and Project Consultants.

Proposal Management:

Collaborate with the technical team to draft comprehensive quotes and Statement of Work documents.

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on new industrial zones being developed or IT parks opening up to catch moves before they happen.

Client Retention:

Manage the relationship through the project lifecycle to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

0-3 years in B2B Sales, ideally in Logistics, IT Infrastructure, or Industrial Services.

Communication:

Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills (you'll be pitching to decision-makers).

Technical Aptitude:

Ability to grasp the basics of data center setups or industrial machinery--you need to know whatyou are moving.

Mobility:

Willingness to travel to client sites for surveys and meetings across Navi Mumbai and Mumbai.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering is preferred.

Suggested Compensation Structure

To keep a BDE motivated in this industry, a "Base + High Commission" model works best:

Fixed Salary:

Competitive market rate for Navi Mumbai.

Performance Bonus:

Tied to the total contract value (TCV) of secured projects.

Allowances:

Conveyance/Travel allowance is crucial as this is a field-heavy role.
