We are looking for a motivated

Telecaller / Business Development Executive

to generate leads and manage diamond sales through national and international client interactions. The role involves cold calling, client follow-ups, and supporting business growth in the diamond industry.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through cold calling and market research. Contact national and international clients to promote diamond products. Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally. Look after diamond sales and achieve assigned sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders. Update and maintain client and lead records in the system. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and client requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Confidence in cold calling and client handling. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email). Sales-oriented mindset with negotiation skills. Ability to work full-time in an onsite environment.
