Position Overview

We are seeking a

Business Development Executive (BDE)

for our Mysore office. In this role, you will be responsible for

student counseling, sales, and relationship management

, ensuring students enroll in the right training programs to achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Counseling:

Convert prospects into clients by explaining and selling relevant courses.

Relationship Building:

Maintain strong connections with students and healthcare professionals.

Sales Targets:

Meet and exceed enrollment & revenue goals.

Market Research:

Track industry trends and competitors.

Consultative Sales:

Understand student needs and recommend suitable training programs.

CRM & Follow-ups:

Keep accurate lead records and ensure post-sales support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

in Pharma, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred).

1-6 years of inside sales experience

, preferably in EdTech. Fluency in

at least one South Indian language

(mandatory). Excellent

communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

. Experience with

CRM systems

and achieving sales targets.
