Job Description

A business development executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for a company. They also work to build relationships with clients and increase revenue.

Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities

: Research businesses, industries, and trends to find potential clients and markets

Build relationships

: Create and maintain relationships with clients, including key decision makers

Create strategies

: Analyze market trends and data to create strategies for growth

Prepare presentations

: Create pitches and presentations for potential clients

Manage sales

: Set sales goals, manage the sales process, and ensure the sales team meets their goals

Manage risks

: Work with senior management to identify and manage risks that could prevent growth

Train and mentor

: Train and mentor sales team members

Attend networking events

: Attend conferences and other industry events

Manage resources

: Allocate and manage resources to support business growth
Skills

Communication

: Good communication skills are essential for BDEs to understand clients' needs and offer solutions

Analytical

: BDEs need to be able to analyze data to make informed business decisions

Marketing

: BDEs need to understand basic marketing principles to promote their brand and identify new clients

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
