Job Description

Trexova is a fast-growing wellness holidays platform connecting customers with verified Wellness Holidays providers across the globe. We help people find the right holiday retreat for their wellness needs.

Role & responsibilities



1. Attend customer inquiries via phone / CRM / social media.

2. Understand holiday needs and recommend the right holiday or package.

3. Communicate with both customers and providers to coordinate and confirm bookings.

4. Follow up and ensure lead conversion.

5. Maintain good relations with both clients and partners.

Preferred candidate profile



B2C Holidays sales experience Good communication skills in English Confidence and convincing ability over phone Basic knowledge of yoga services (preferred) Able to use phone/CRM tools and manage follow-ups Experience in telecalling, BPO, sales, or counseling roles
