Flabia Ayurveda is one of India's fastest-growing Ayurvedic direct selling companies, dealing in health, personal care, and wellness products. We are expanding rapidly and looking for dynamic individuals to join our Business Development Team.

Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and expand leader networks Conduct product presentations, meetings, seminars, and training Travel to different locations for field visits, business development, and event support Generate leads and convert prospects into leaders/customers Coordinate with leadership team for sales targets and growth campaigns Support field operations and team-building initiatives

Eligibility & Requirements:

Hindi, English, Bengali & other regional languages (preferred) Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing/ sales/ direct selling (preferred) Freshers with high confidence and communication skills can apply Must be comfortable with frequent travelling (outstation visits included) Strong presentation, communication & team handling skills Smart, energetic, and target-oriented personality
