Role Overview



We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented

Business Development Executive

to join our vibrant team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities



Client Acquisition:

Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking. Pitch Aspire Digital Media's services to prospective clients and generate leads.

Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction. Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, providing solutions promptly.

Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement effective business development strategies to meet sales targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Proposal Creation:

Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling business proposals and presentations. Customize service offerings to align with client requirements.

Reporting and Analysis:

Track sales activities and prepare performance reports for management review. Provide insights and recommendations to improve business development processes.

Skills and Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in digital marketing or advertising). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and in teams.
