to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive business growth for our land valuation services. The role involves identifying potential clients such as banks, NBFCs, and converting them into long-term business partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Identify and generate high-quality leads for land valuation services.
Research potential clients in banking, financial services, real estate, and related sectors.
Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, field visits, and networking.
Convert leads into business opportunities and ensure closure of valuation assignments.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, loan officers, and corporate clients.
Regularly follow up with existing clients for new valuation requirements.
Ensure timely servicing of client requests and provide excellent customer support.
3. Coordination With Internal Teams
Coordinate with the valuation and operations team to ensure timely report delivery.
Share client requirements clearly and help streamline communication between clients and technical teams.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and client interactions.
Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports for management review.
Ensure documentation accuracy for onboarding and compliance purposes.
Skills & Competencies Required:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
Experience in BFSI / valuation / real estate will be an added advantage.
Good understanding of sales pipeline management and lead nurturing.
Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and basic reporting.
