Sales & Business Development Executive

We are a company with a matured SaaS-based product that manages primarily POS, inventory management, and ERP functionalities for businesses.

Responsibilities



Develop new business with prospective and existing clients Understand, take part and possibly lead the implementation/configuration phase of our products for client accounts Demonstrate our products in remote screen share sessions to the new prospects. Guide the clients and their various teams on how to use our products, and answer their queries in written or presentation sessions. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Skills



Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Software Product implementer, Software product presenter, or relevant role Excellent listening, problem-solving, and presentation abilities Experience delivering client-focused solutions Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Bengali and English (Preferred)
