We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive sales, build partnerships, and increase revenue for a reputed hotel in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for corporate and travel clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to hotel revenue growth.
Collaborate with marketing and PR teams for promotional activities.
Maintain regular reports on sales performance and client feedback.
Stay updated on hospitality industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality.
Prior experience in sales/business development, preferably in hotels or hospitality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and client management abilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
