Key Responsibilities



Sales & Business Development



Identify, meet, and convert potential clients (bakeries, confectioners, distributors, retailers) in assigned territory. Actively promote BakersVille's bakery ingredients, decoration products, and tools. Ensure regular field visits and generate direct sales.

Primary & Secondary Sales



Achieve monthly/quarterly

primary sales targets

through distributors. Drive

secondary sales

by ensuring product push at the retail/end-user level. Monitor stock and order placement at both levels.

Client & Channel Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, retailers, and institutional clients. Handle onboarding and training of new channel partners on product lines and sales targets. Collect market feedback, pricing, and competitor insights.

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain daily visit reports, sales data, and customer feedback in CRM/tools provided. Coordinate with supply chain and accounts team for order fulfillment and payments. Participate in exhibitions, baking demos, and promotional campaigns organized by the company.

Key Skills & Requirements:



Good communication in

Hindi and English

Strong understanding of

B2B sales

, especially in FMCG or bakery-related products

Field sales experience

is mandatory Proficiency in using MS Excel, CRM tools Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel
