Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential clients (clinics, hospitals, corporates, startups, local businesses, etc.) in and around Bhubaneswar.
Pitch our services effectively through meetings, presentations, and digital channels.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through B2B and B2C outreach.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, tech, and marketing) to ensure smooth project execution.
Regularly visit clients for meetings, presentations, and brand promotions.
Prepare reports on sales activities, lead pipelines, and performance.
Required Qualifications
MBA or Graduation (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field).
Minimum
2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
in the marketing or IT service industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
Must be comfortable with local travel for client meetings.
Ability to work independently with a performance-driven mindset.
