We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) specializing in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth within the healthcare industry. Responsibilities
Identify and target new business opportunities within the US healthcare sector, focusing on RCM services.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, healthcare providers, and industry stakeholders.
Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze pipeline performance.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business deals while ensuring mutual value creation.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
Coordinate with project management teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and successful delivery of services.
Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for executive review and client meetings.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of healthcare regulations, billing processes, and RCM solutions to effectively communicate value propositions.
Experience
Proven track record in business development or sales within the US healthcare industry, particularly in Revenue Cycle Management or related services.
Strong proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, sales techniques, negotiation, and project management.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
Familiarity with healthcare marketing strategies and customer relationship management best practices.
