Key Responsibilities

Generate business leads through

Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other online platforms

Identify relevant Upwork job postings and submit

high-quality customized proposals

Handle client communication via chat, email, and calls Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team Maintain lead records, proposal status, and follow-ups Convert leads into paid projects Achieve weekly and monthly

lead generation & revenue targets

Required Skills & Experience

1-3 years experience as a

Business Development Executive / Online Bidder

Hands-on experience with

Upwork bidding and profile management

Strong knowledge of

IT services

such as: WordPress Development Shopify Development Web Design & Development SEO / Digital Marketing Mobile App Development Excellent English communication (written & verbal) Experience working with

international clients (US, UK, Australia)

Experience with

Freelancer, PPH, Clutch, LinkedIn Lead Generation

Basic understanding of

MERN, PHP, APIs, SaaS projects

CRM experience (Zoho, HubSpot, Google Sheets) Target-oriented mindset with negotiation skills
