Role Definition



As a

Business Development Executive (BDE)

, you will be responsible for

acquiring new customers, reassessing existing client potential, exploring new markets, and driving revenue growth

. You will also play a crucial role in addressing client concerns, strengthening relationships, and enhancing the company's reputation. Your contributions will directly influence

sales strategy, pricing policies, and market positioning

.

Key Responsibilities



Generate revenue as per defined targets and ensure consistent business growth. Build and maintain

strong relationships

with existing and new clients. Identify and explore new business opportunities. Schedule client visits, manage call calendars, and provide effective reporting. Coordinate closely with the logistics team to ensure seamless deliveries. Maintain and update

client databases, sales reports, and market intelligence

. Stay updated with

market trends, competitor activities, and customer expectations

. Address and resolve

customer complaints

in a timely and professional manner. Attend

Head Office team review meetings twice a month

. Uphold the company's

integrity and fair trade practices

in all business dealings.

Required Knowledge & Skills



Proficiency in

MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

. Strong communication skills - both verbal and written. Effective

sales pitch and presentation techniques

. Strong

negotiation and persuasion skills

. Active listening, networking, and problem-solving abilities. Confident, target-oriented, calm, and composed personality. Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
