Job Summary



We are looking for a proactive

Business Development Executive (BDE)

to drive sales of our

CPaaS solutions

including

Bulk SMS, WhatsApp API, RCS Messaging, Voice Calls/IVR, Email API, and OTP delivery services.


The role involves client acquisition, lead generation, solution pitching, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities



1. New Client Acquisition



Identify and onboard new clients for

SMS, WhatsApp API, RCS, Voice, Email & CPaaS solutions

. Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, references, and field visits.

2. Sales & Target Achievement



Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting ? demo ? negotiation ? closing.

3. Product Pitching & Solution Presentation



Explain CPaaS services such as:

Bulk SMS (Transactional/Promotional)

WhatsApp Business API

Voice calls, IVR, Missed Call Solutions

RCS Messaging

Email API / Alerts

Provide suitable solutions as per client industry (BFSI, Ecommerce, Logistics, EdTech, Healthcare, etc.)

4. Client Relationship Management



Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for upsell/cross-sell. Coordinate with support and operations for onboarding and troubleshooting.

5. Reporting & Documentation



Prepare daily/weekly sales reports. Maintain CRM records, proposals, agreements, and follow-ups.

Required Skills



Sales Skills



Strong communication and presentation skills Good understanding of CPaaS products (SMS, WhatsApp, Voice, RCS, Email API) Negotiation & deal-closure skills Ability to handle B2B clients

Technical/Domain Skills



Understanding of APIs, routing, sender IDs, DLT, and messaging compliance (preferred) Knowledge of WhatsApp API flow and customer engagement tools Basic understanding of telecom/IT communication solutions

Personality Traits



Smart, energetic, target-oriented Problem solver and fast learner Good analytical skills

Qualifications



Graduate in any field (MBA preferred but not mandatory) 1-4 years of experience in

CPaaS / Telecom / SaaS / IT Sales

Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered
