Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and sales opportunities for residential solar rooftop projects
Conduct field visits, client meetings and site surveys across Delhi/NCR
Explain solar solutions, pricing, subsidies, ROI and benefits to homeowners
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations and project feasibility
Coordinate with technical and installation teams for smooth project execution
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners and referrals
Execute local marketing activities, campaigns and society outreach programs
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate customer data, follow-ups and sales reports
Stay updated on MNRE policies, subsidies and net-metering regulations.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Prior experience in residential solar rooftop salesis a plus
Graduate in any discipline
(MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus)
1-3 years of experience in
solar sales / real estate / field sales / B2C sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Local area knowledge of Delhi/NCR societies and residential zones and willing to travel
Own two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
Comfortable working in a field-based, performance-driven environment
