? Identify and generate new business opportunities through various lead-generation channels including cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
? Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to understand service offerings and market them effectively.
? Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and new business opportunities.
? Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and follow-ups.
? Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
? Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
? 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT/technology industry.
? Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
