We are looking for an enthusiastic and student-focused
Business Development Executive
to guide prospective students in choosing the right academic programs. The role involves counselling, follow-ups, and supporting students throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses/programs
Handle inquiries generated from leads and walk-ins
Explain course details, eligibility, admission procedures, and fees
Follow up with interested students and maintain lead records
Support students through the enrollment and admission process
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admissions
Achieve daily and monthly counselling targets
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation in any discipline
Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
Experience in education counselling or sales is an added advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Convincing and counselling skills
Ability to handle students and parents professionally
Result-oriented and self-motivated
Willingness to learn and grow in the education sector

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
