. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who can bring new clients through online platforms and direct communication.

Job Responsibilities:

Client acquisition through

Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Toptal, PeoplePerHour

, etc. Online bidding, proposal writing, and profile management on freelancing platforms Communicating with clients via

calls, WhatsApp, emails, and chat

Understanding client requirements and pitching suitable IT solutions Lead generation, follow-ups, and

deal closure

Maintaining client and lead records in CRM/Excel Coordination with technical team for project scope and timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience or strong knowledge of

freelancing platforms (mandatory)

Good

English communication skills

(written & verbal) Basic understanding of IT services (Web/App/Software/Digital Marketing) Negotiation and closing skills Target-oriented mindset and self-motivated attitude
