We are looking for a

female Business Development Executive (BDE)

to join our growing team. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and an understanding of IT services. She will be responsible for building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and representing the company in domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads in domestic and international markets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs. Pitch IT consultancy services such as

AI development, software solutions, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.

Create and deliver presentations, proposals, and client-specific solutions. Collaborate with the technical team to align offerings (including AI-driven solutions) with client requirements. Negotiate contracts and close business deals to achieve sales targets. Maintain CRM records, track leads, and provide regular sales reports. Stay updated with

AI trends, IT industry developments, competitors, and emerging markets.


Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree (B.Tech, BBA or MBA). 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or IT consulting (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present and explain technical concepts in a simple way. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and networking skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
