Key Responsibilities
Conduct
field visits
to corporate offices, colleges, training institutes, and clients
Generate business through
face-to-face meetings, cold calling, and follow-ups
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand client requirements and offer suitable recruitment and staffing solutions
Coordinate with the internal recruitment team for service delivery
Prepare proposals, agreements, and presentations
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Maintain records of client visits, leads, and follow-ups
Required Skills & Competencies
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in client interaction and meetings
Ability to work in a
field sales environment
Target-driven, self-motivated, and energetic
Basic knowledge of sales and business development
Proficiency in MS Office
CRM knowledge is an added advantage
Eligibility & Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply
Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) for field visits
Willingness to travel locally for official work
