Role Overview

The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, delivering product presentations, and converting leads into long-term customers.

Position Details

Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Noida, Sector 142

Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Industry Preference: SaaS / B2B Technology / Maritime

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in B2B SaaS and maritime technology

Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and industry databases

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable SaaS solutions

Follow up on leads, manage sales pipelines, and close deals

Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and sales trackers

Coordinate with product, marketing, and customer success teams

Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or related domains

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Experience in lead generation and client handling

Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
