Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities
Promote and sell Rx MedoCard services to individuals and organizations
Conduct market research to identify leads and industry trends
Present company products and benefits clearly to potential clients
Maintain relationships with existing clients for renewals and upselling
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams
Maintain accurate lead and client records using CRM tools
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, MBA preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
