Job Description

We are looking for two dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executives to join our growing Business Development Team. The role focuses on generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue through proactive sales efforts.

3. Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels Conduct cold calls and follow-ups with prospective clients Execute cold emailing campaigns to generate leads Build and maintain strong client relationships Use social media platforms for networking and lead generation Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions Prepare and share proposals and quotations Negotiate terms and close deals effectively Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions Achieve individual and team sales targets

4. Required Skills

Execute cold emailing and cold calling campaigns to generate leads. Social Media Networking Good Spoken/Written English Negotiation Skills Objection Handling

5. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition will be a plus Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes, if any.
