Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or business development, preferably in digital marketing services. Strong communication, a positive approach, and excellent
client convincing skills
are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential leads and convert them into clients for digital marketing services.
Communicate effectively with prospects through calls, emails, meetings, and online demos.
Present and explain digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, Lead Generation, Websites, etc.) in a clear and convincing manner.
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate service packages.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Follow up on leads regularly to maximize conversion rates.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong
convincing and negotiation abilities
.
Good understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Ads, etc.).
Ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
Confident, presentable, and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
