Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
Generate leads using email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and industry events.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
2. Client Acquisition
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos to pitch digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, etc.).
Understand client requirements and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.
Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts.
3. Relationship Management
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
Ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
4. Market & Competitor Research
Analyze industry trends and competitor offerings.
Provide insights to improve service packages and sales strategies.
5. Collaboration & Reporting
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, design, performance team) to ensure successful campaign delivery.
Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Contribute to strategy building for revenue growth and brand expansion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Analytics, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Existing network of potential clients.
Knowledge of digital marketing KPIs and campaign performance metrics.
