Unacademy is hiring enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Sales & Business Development team. This role provides exposure to lead management, sales processes, and engagement with learners across India. Ideal for freshers looking to kick-start their career with India's leading EdTech brand.
Role Responsibilities
Engage and follow up with potential learners to convert leads into paid enrollments
Achieve daily and monthly outreach + conversion goals
Maintain accurate learner/lead data and interactions within CRM systems
Coordinate with internal onboarding teams to ensure a smooth learner experience
Represent Unacademy professionally while communicating product value
Eligibility / Requirements
Graduation in any discipline (Mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
High level of motivation, accountability & target orientation
Freshers are encouraged to apply
