About the Role:



We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented

Business Development Executive/ Sales E

xecutivewho can identify, engage, and convert potential clients for our

Digital Marketing services

and

SaaS-based business solutions

. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM tools, and client acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and online channels. Pitch and sell

Digital Marketing solutions

(SEO, SMM, Performance Marketing, Branding, etc.) and

SaaS-based tools

to prospective clients. Conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person) to understand their business needs and offer customized solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives. Create detailed proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain CRM data accurately and generate periodic sales reports. Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Key Skills & Requirements:



Proven experience in

Digital Marketing Sales

,

IT Services

, or

SaaS Product Sales

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to identify client pain points and propose effective tech-driven marketing or SaaS solutions. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

Preferred Experience:



Selling Digital Marketing retainers or performance-based marketing solutions. Experience in SaaS product demos and subscription sales. Prior experience working with startups or agencies is an added advantage.
