Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales & Marketing for Hotel Projects. The ideal candidate will build relationships with architects, interior designers, hotel owners, and project consultants to position Karabi Art Community as the go-to partner for artistic decor solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
? Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into clients.
? Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
? Collaborate with the design and operations team to align offerings with customer needs. ? Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) to promote Karabi's brand and services.
? Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
? Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients.
? Manage social media and digital marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
? 3-4 years of proven experience in sales and marketing (preferably in Art, Decor, Interior, architecture, or related industries).
? Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
? Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
? Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus.
? Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
? Salary- 30k-50k
