Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other channels.
Engage with potential clients, understand their business needs, and pitch relevant services/products.
Manage and update the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.
Write professional and persuasive emails for outreach, follow-ups, and proposals.
Schedule meetings, demos, and calls between prospects and the internal team.
Convert qualified leads into active clients through effective communication and negotiation.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Expertise in CRM tools (HubSpot, Instantly, Mailchimp, or similar).
Proficiency in email writing and business communication.
Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.
Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to schedule and manage multiple meetings.
