2. Sales & Conversions
Explain Tickit CRM and its benefits clearly to prospects.
Conduct demos and follow-up calls.
Convert leads into paying customers.
Maintain a daily log of leads, calls, meetings, and progress.
3. Distributor / Channel Network Support
Identify and approach potential resellers or channel partners.
Help onboard and support distributors in different regions.
Assist in creating basic reseller documents, incentives, and training material.
4. Marketing & On-Ground Activities
Support in creating sales emails, pitch decks, and basic marketing content.
Attend events/exhibitions (if required) to generate leads.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the product team.
5. Relationship Management
Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
Provide basic product support and help them use Tickit effectively.
Encourage referrals and upselling where possible.
Requirements
0-3 years of experience in
SaaS/B2B sales
, tele-sales, or business development.
Strong communication skills & confidence in cold calling.
Basic understanding of CRM or software tools (training will be provided).
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field + remote work.
Freshers with good communication and interest in sales are welcome.
