Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and outreach.
Build and maintain healthy relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations for clients.
Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain proper records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful deals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in client handling and presentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-driven mindset with a strong desire to achieve targets.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
