About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Bid Specialist) to join our growing team at Aashtech Innovation Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will manage and execute the complete bidding process on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Guru, and Truelancer.

You will identify suitable projects, prepare compelling proposals, communicate effectively with clients, and ensure high-quality submissions aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end online bidding on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and similar platforms.

Identify potential projects that match our services and expertise.

Prepare customized and professional proposals.

Communicate with clients to understand requirements and expectations.

Collaborate with internal teams to build competitive and client-focused bids.

Track, analyze, and optimize bidding success rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in online bidding / business development.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong understanding of IT services, web & app development.

Ability to write clear, persuasive, and well-structured proposals.

Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Experience with Upwork / Freelancer / Fiverr platforms preferred.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or IT.
